Olga Phyktina

Dr. Olga (Ola) Pykhtina is a DHA-licensed psychologist, play and art therapist, and consultant at ABLE UK. She holds a Ph.D. in Counselling (Play and Art Therapy) from Newcastle University, UK, and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine.”

Dr. Ola is a CBT-certified therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Canadian Association of Child and Play Therapy, Middle East Psychological Association, and the American Psychological Association. She is also a Fellow Member of the British Higher Education Academy. With international experience in mental health, wellbeing, and training, she supports ABLE UK’s mission to enhance psychological wellbeing.
