Dr. Teresa May Benson

Dr. Teresa A. May-Benson, Sc.D., OTR/L, FAOTA is a renowned Occupational Therapist, lecturer, researcher, and clinician specializing in Sensory Integration Theory, Intervention, and Praxis. She has authored numerous publications on sensory integration and ideational praxis, and has extensive clinical experience in private practice and school-based settings. Dr. May-Benson has taught at institutions including Tufts University and University of Indianapolis. She is a Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association and recipient of multiple professional awards recognizing her contributions to occupational therapy. She is also the founder of TMB Education, LLC, providing education and training in sensory integration practice.
